Furniture manufacturers met together in a copious number in Jihlava
The first form of the Kronospan Conference can be proud of a big interest from furniture manufacturers´ side. The meeting which took place in Jihlava in the end of January, was participated by 500 specialists from ranks of furniture companies, joiners and business partners too. more
Discontinued patterns
Dear business partners,
We would like to announce, that we are preparing a new collection for 2010 – 2012, which includes new patterns for melamine faced chipboard and worktops. Given the fact that some of the existing patterns were outdated and their popularity was low, we decided to remove them from our collection. more
New worktop formats
At Kronospan Jihlava, we continuously strive to expand our services and meet the needs of our customers on an individual basis. We have added the following new formats to our inventory of worktops: 38 x 900 x 4100 with double-sided U profile and 38 x 1200 x 4100 with one-sided U profile. These new formats are available in 18 decorative patterns from our current collection. All worktops can be ordered in a single quantity.

I.B.F. 2009
In the period between 21 and 25 April 2009 Kronospan company took part in the Building Fair in Brno I.B.F. 2009. Its stand in Pavilion A1 featured a collection of laminated decorated chipboards ART ECO. This collection of 16 new patterns is exceptional for its basic chipboard with reduced formaldehyde content. At the same time the general public visiting the stand could see the new surface structure SN – Natural Structure, used in 5 of the decorative patterns. This structure underlines the natural appearance of the wood patterns.
Another new development introduced at the fair was represented by the survey of new advantages of the OSB SUPERFINISH® ECO product distinguished by very low VOC emissions in comparison to the competitor products of this kind. The visitors could see the new working material for architects and designers – the OSB file – including complete information about properties and options of OSB board application, including construction design and details.
New Patterns for 2009
The company has decided to introduce 16 new patterns of laminated chipboards in 2009 together with 3 new patterns of work boards. As you have already been informed the leading Czech designers were involved in the pattern selection. With respect to the environment protection trends the new patterns of the laminated chipboards will be applied on the low formaldehyde base chipboard. You can see the patterns here
