Chipboards type P3 (E1)
Chipboard P3 (E1) is a raw particleboard consisting of three layers of MUF-bonded wood chips. P3 chipboards are available in thicknesses from 10 mm up to 38 mm and come sanded on both sides with little thickness tolerances. All P3 chipboards are manufactured in accordance with the European standard EN 312 (P3) and are defined as boards for non-load-bearing applications in humid conditions. Thanks to its excellent properties P3 chipboards may be used for packaging purposes, for domestic floating floors, as well as for furniture and interior design applications. The board’s surface is smoothly sanded and can be easily refined with surface finishes such as foil, veneer, melamine papers or HPL - laminates.
