The first form of the Kronospan Conference can be proud of a big interest from furniture manufacturers´ side. The meeting which took place in Jihlava in the end of January, was participated by 500 specialists from ranks of furniture companies, joiners and business partners too. The principal topic of this meeting was introduction of news 2010 regarding Kronospan´s decors. The action preparation was also co-participated by the Cluster of Czech Furniture Manufacturers and the Association of Czech Furniture Manufacturers.
The participation from all regions of the Czech Republic as the same from abroad shows a big interest of furniture manufacturers in information and trends from the branch. Despite the inclement weather, visitors from Austria, Germany, Ukraine, Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Hungary were possibly to meet in the Conference.
Quality and fashionable trends
„Although the market registered a perceivable drop in 2009, now we can see that customers are coming back to competent materials and they are appreciating quality,“ says Sylva Krechlerová, M.Sc., a sales director of Kronospan company. „We are glad that just our brand is one of the symbols of really high-quality materials. Thus we are trying to offer not only the best in the market, but we are actively concerned with a creation of fashionable trends in furniture branch. We do believe that the newly introduced collection will find their customers and admirers.“
Tour in the manufacturing site
Besides getting to know the news of Kronospan products, there were attractive lectures devoting to trends in furniture branch and interests out of this branch to be prelected. Visitors also appreciated a possibility to be shown round manufacturing premises of Kronospan site and to be acquainted in detail with raw chipboards´ manufacturing, their surface adjustment, coating and with worktops´manufacturing too. Curious queries were especially related to individual technologies and technological conditions of manufacturing.
